Hands On is the Ultimate tool to make 2 identical hands for your dolls.
There is nothing else like this. I am excited to be the first to offer up this new felting tool! I have really enjoyed assisting Carolyn in making this felting tool a reality.
Handcrafted by another local to us wood crafter-who we may have driven crazy with details. This is a tool you will use over and over on all sizes of dolls to get the exact hand size for your creation.
Included with the Hands On are pins for wrapping your wire and a handy reference guide that will help you decide what size hands to make for each of your creations. Wire is not included.
See it used in our elf Youtube video:

Carolyn St. Clair, the Hands On Creator wrote:
When I first started creating dolls in 2019, I had the hardest time making hands that didn't look like deformed props for a horror movie. My wrapping skills were not up to par, and trying to felt around wires everywhere left me with a lumpy mess, plus, no two hands ever looked alike.
I wanted hands that could help show my doll's personality, but instead, I'd hide them somehow, so it would be harder to see what they really looked like. I'm also The Queen of Bent and Broken Needles, (hard to confess but keeping it real.) So I needed to figure out a way to make hands that I could felt easily with less wire, be identical, and moveable down to each finger joint.
Through trial and error, I designed a template that helped me create my doll's hands the way I wanted, and thought it could be a useful tool for anyone else who dreads and battles the dastardly digits.
There is no 'one size fits all' for doll's hands, so I developed a range of templates to help you make the tiniest fairy hands all the way up to a 2ft-tall Santa who needs to hand out gifts.
Wishing you lots of happy hand making 😊

I haven’t used it yet, but it’s wonderful having a hand template when you’re doing Wool with little tiny fingers
