We  keep a breeding flock of 14 adult ewes.  I do not breed my ewes until they  are two years of age.  Occassionally we have adult ewes available that have done their work for us and can move on to help other flocks diversify their genetics. At any given time we will have up to 30 ewes in the pasture of varying ages
